Targets can be customizeable with as much or as little 'wiggle room' as needed by using the  Global slider button. The image below shows a one Target with a margin of error (MOE) of 7  (standard deviations of the mean target value).
 
Individual planes each have their own customizeable MOE too, so you can 'upweight' or 'downweight' different  part of a skill. (For example, an instructor can emphasize the importance of keep head still during contact, while allowing wiggle room in the follow-through.
 
 
Assymetrical Margins of Error
 
 Each individual plane can also have assymetrical margions, so you can 'allow for more wiggle room in one direction (less than the Target Value), and less (greather than the Target value).
