If your KAT devices does not work as it should due to defect, we will exchange your KAT for a new unit for 90 days from the date of purchase. We will send a pre-paid label to cover the shipping costs of the return. (The warranty does not damage caused by abuse, negligence or lost or stolen devices. )
If you you no longer need your KAT, please don't throw it away. We will refurbish it and include in our discount program for low-income/non-profit sport and clinical health organizations. If the KAT is in usable condition, we MAY even buy it back from you. The amount you could get back will vary , depending on the age and condition of the KAT, and the needs of the partner organization(s) who need them.
