After registration you will receive an email to verify your email address.

Then you'll be directed to purchase a license. After your purchase, you'll receive a  link to download the app and choose a date and time for your KAT Onboarding & Tutorial during- which you will activate your license and learn how to use the KAT System.   

Your KAT will ship AFTER you've signed up for the tutorial/onboarding. You should have your KAT and user info ready during the short zoom call.  

Your 30-day trial starts when you activate the App during the tutorial. If after 30-days, you decide that KAT is not for you, we'll pay for the return shipping and refund your payment.  If you want to return the KAT for a refund after 30 days, you can still return the KAT for up to 90 days, we'll ask that you pay for shipping and handling.

Going forward, you will receive periodic reminders to share your experiences with us via a online surveys and/or interviews(s).   We  invite you to send us videos, pictures  and user stories as we build our library of use-cases for the KAT Community.
