After downloading the free KAT App,  a user must have a valid user ID under an Essentials One or Essentials Pro License.

The Essentials One license allows one user ID to be logged in at a time. Essentials Pro licenses allow an administrator to add up to 5 User IDs under their account.

This means no need to share phones or and IDs to train. Up to 5 other users under the Pro license can use any KAT device with their own mobile phone after first downloading app and logging in.
