A module is a set of screens in the app that guides the KAT wearer through specific exercises to train proprioception. This type of neural priming is designed to be done immediately before before practice and competition.
There are modules for priming core athletic movements, some functional movements and others for specific skills. The modules may include any of the KAT's four training modes to accomodate any theory or approach to motor learning.
Kinesthetic Awareness Training for:
- Torso and Hips: Lean, rotate and tilt. Applies to most sports and activities.
- Upper Limbs: Reach, rotate, control of peripheral limbs applies to mastering the sensorimotor space. Important for skills that require reacting to catching incoming objects, or manipulating sports equipment.

Athletic Movements

Rehabilitation/Functional Movements

Custom Build Module: A custom built software add on your athletes/clients can access right the app. Each has allows for individual adjustable margins of error within specific skills or drills, so the technique is still customized to each athlete.
