Note: Deleting your account will remove all of your information (your first name, last name, shipping address, billing address, phone number (if provided) and the KAT unit # assigned to the account) from our server. If you wish to re-activate your account at a later date, you will need a receipt for the hardware purchase. If you want to switch your user email (delete and replace) on your account you will need access to both email addresses to confirm. Use any one of the three options listed below to switch your user email - simply type your request.
You can initiate deletion of your KAT account using one of the three options below:
1) Directly through the KAT App via the Chat Bot. Click "Start a new Conversation" and Click "Account issues." Then at the next prompt Click "No I need to talk to someone." Type your request with the email address associated with the account you would like to delete.
2) Directly through the https://panthertec.net/website via the Chat Bot. Click "Start a new Conversation" and Click "Account issues." Then at the next prompt Click "No I need to talk to someone." Type your request with the email address associated with the account you would like to delete.
3) Send an email to info@panthertec.net with the email address associated with the account you would like to delete.
Next, we will send an email asking you to confirm deletion. Reply "yes" to confirm your request. We will delete all information associated with your account. This process can take up to 7 days. After deletion, this email account will no longer be able to login to the portal or use any KAT Device.
Note: If you have an Essentials Pro account, you can add up to 5 users under your account. Deleting the administrator account will automatically delete all users under that account.
