A module is a set of screens in the app that guide the  KAT wearer through specific exercises to train awareness and control for general movements and for specifc skills.  These exercises are used in skill learning and practice, and also for neural priming when done immediately before before practice and competition.

There are modules for core athletic movements,  functional movements and others for specific sports skills. The modules may include any of  the KAT's four training modes to accommodate any theory or approach to motor learning.

Kinesthetic Awareness Training for:

  • Torso and Hips: Lean, rotate and tilt. Applies to  most sports and movements and force generation.
  • Hips: Rotate and tilt. For awarenss and control in locomotion and  force generation.
  • Head:  For balance and  posture in high speed movements, for keepng still head in  hitting, throwng,  for accuracy in  field scanning and  object tracking, control head wobble in running when fatigued.
  • Upper  Limbs:   COMING SOON! Reach, rotate, control of peripheral limbs applies to mastering the sensorimotor space.  Important for skills that require reacting to catching incoming objects, or manipulating sports equipment.

Custom Build Module:   A custom built software add on your athletes/clients can access right the app.  Each has allows for individual adjustable margins of error within specific skills or drills, so the technique is still customized to each athlete.  Beta modules are being tested now.
